The E40 Base Test Station (CE Rated-C) is a fully Automated electrolyser Test Station for alkaline water electrolysis and will allow operators to perform automate test protocols, such as Start-up and shut-down routines, Durability profiles, Polarization curves, Dynamic load cycles on electrolyser short stacks

• Non-segregated anode and cathode Loops2 NLPM max cathode (H₂) product gas flow and 1 NLPM max anode (O₂) product gas flow.

• Timed nitrogen purge, below 6bara

• DI water dosing (30 bar make-up) system; controlled by circulation loop reservoir level

• Circulation loop reservoirs/gas separators for alkaline electrolysis (3M KOH solution)

• Recirculation loop conductivity monitoring included - Up to 2LPM anode circulation pump (5:1 turndown) with active stack heating and cooling, up to 90°C - Up to 2LPM cathode circulation pump (5:1 turndown) with active stack heating and cooling, up to 90°C

• Cooling capacity of 800W at 10°C stack delta-T for each loopAutomatic back pressure control module, up to 30bara;
