There is a strong focus on education within CREATE.
In total, eight PhD fellowships and sixteen years of post-doctoral fellowships are planned. The fellowships will be distributed across all research pillars and topics.
PhD fellowships will likely be distributed as follows:
Sea load exposure (3),
Prevention and control of bio-fouling (1),
Sorting and handling of live fish (1),
Monitoring and control of water quality (1) and
Control and optimisation of production (2).
Post-doctoral fellowships will likely be distributed as follows:
Reducing escapes and pollution (3 years),
Net handling and operations (2 years),
Feeding systems (2 years),
Fish welfare (3 years),
