The instrument is a self-contained handheld X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analyser equipped with an integrated 5W X-ray tube, silicon drift detector (SDD), multi-position filter wheel, touchscreen interface, rechargeable battery, and onboard data processing system, all built into a lightweight portable housing, allowing it to operate as a fully standalone elemental analysis device in field and laboratory environments. The high-performance X-ray tube and optimised detector geometry provide enhanced sensitivity for both light elements (such as Mg, Al, Si, P, and S) and heavier transition metals. The configuration includes the following analytical applications (apps): Empirical, Precious Metals, Aluminium, Coatings, and Alloy. The rugged, sealed design with integrated camera, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity ensures reliable operation, secure data handling, and real-time reporting.

Typical applications include positive material identification (PMI), aluminium alloy sorting, precious metal verification, scrap metal recycling, quality control, and general on-site elemental analysis, including particulate matter.
