Benchtop Energy Dispersive (ED) XRF

The instrument is a benchtop Energy Dispersive (ED) X-Ray Fluorescence Analyzer (XRF) Epsilon 4 from Malvern Panalytical.

CombiSense - Combined EI and IMR mass spectrometers

The CombiSense is a combination of an Electron Impact (EI-MS) and an Ion-Molecule Reaction (IMR-MS) mass spectrometer in one analyzer unit and can be utilized for a broad range of applications.

The LP-LIBS™ (Liquid Phase Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy), supplied by Icelandic company DTE, is used to analyse and determine liquid metal composition of aluminium melts.

Temperature-controlled centrifuge

Bench top centrifuge (Mega Star 1.6R, VWR®) with possibility for temperature control between -10 and +40 °C and pre-cooling function.
