The LC300 can be used for separation and subsequent detection and quantification of a wide range of chemical compounds. The system is equipped with a quaternary pump, photodiode array detector for wavelengths between 190 nm and 700 nm and an autosampler with 100 slots. The pump can be used up to 6100 psi.
