Our Company Grace SA, a subsidiary of W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE: GRA), is a specialty chemicals and materials company with operations in over 40 countries. The Materials Technologies product group includes: 1) silica-based and silica-alumina-based engineered materials used in industrial, consumer, and coatings and print media applications; and, 2) sealants and coatings used in rigid food and beverage packaging (including can and closure sealants, coatings for cans and closures, and technologies designed to reduce off-taste effects and extend the shelf-life of packaged products).
