Agip Kazakhstan North Caspian Operating Company N.V. is the Operator of the North Caspian Sea Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) for the development of 11 blocks in the Kazakhstan sector of the Caspian Sea where the giant field of Kashagan has been discovered.
Developments in the North Caspian Sea present a number of challenges and operations are carried out in a sensitive environment. Agip KCO uses the most effective and up-to-date technology and complies with the International Good Oil Field Practice to mitigate the environmental impact to the maximum extent feasible.
