The purpose of this year's seminar is to increase the exchange of experience between different organizations when it comes to designing their CRM courses.

Speaking players, inside and outside HFN, will present their CRM presentation focusing on which components are included, why they were chosen and how to measure the effect.

CRM 2019 will be held at the Air Force Flight School at Malmen outside Linköping on December 10-11.

The seminar is primarily aimed at CRM instructors / inspectors, but others interested in CRM issues are of course welcome!
