SINTEF og TIK at the University of Oslo are the main research partners in the project. 

Accenture and Capgemini are are industry partners. The role of the industry partners will be two-fold; one as actor and user of the results as developers of new services, and they have access to different development projects within the governmental sector which will be considered as cases for the research. They will only have access to general information from projects in which they are not partners.

The universities of Uppsala and Melbourne are international research partners. 
All international partners have conducted research in this proposals research area for years, and will provide valuable input and support for this project.
