3-6th of September 2018 the 39th Risø International Symposium on Materials Science was arranged by DTU Wind at their campus at Risø near Roskilde in Denmark. The topic of the symposium was Fatigue of Composite Materials: Microstructure, mechanics and methods.

3-6th of September 2018 the 39th Risø International Symposium on Materials Science was arranged by DTU Wind at their campus at Risø near Roskilde in Denmark. The topic of the symposium was Fatigue of Composite Materials: Microstructure, mechanics and methods.

The symposium gathered 52 composite expert from Europe, America and Asia for three intense days with high level technical and scientific presentations and dedicated discussion sessions addressing the progress and future of composite science and technology. A handful of partner from DACOMAT where present and contributed with three talks with results from DACOMAT.
