TECNOCRACI is a researcher project incorporating a PhD candidate at NTNU, managed by SINTEF Digital, and sponsored by the Research Council of Norway. TECNOCRACI will develop empirically grounded theory of cyber resilience with high relevance for current and future digitalization of critical infrastructures based on the combination of generic information technology (IT) and industrial control technologies. The emphasis will be on the human contribution in a sociotechnical perspective, drawing on contemporary approaches to resilience thinking, and aiming for a human- and organization-oriented supplement to prevalent cyber security approaches.
