The materials tested and investigated are derived from the reference case study defined during an initial workshop. It consists of 5 polypropylenes grades. A reference rubber grade used for aging problematic is also characterized.
Work description. The following work tasks are included:
Tg assessment
Tensile testing
Compression testing for model calibration
Microstructural analyses to track damage
Crack initiation and propagation in the polymer systems
Definition of the case study/experimental procedure
