It is our pleasure to invite you to the INFACON XVI Conference as an exhibitor and/or sponsor.
The organizing committee of the INFACON Conference are grateful for the support the industry has given to several conferences over many years. Once again, we would like to invite you all to take active part in our meeting as part of the industrial exhibition or as sponsors. Due to covid-19 this year’s conference has gone virtual and is held in the OnAIR digital platform. The program is organized with enough time and room for participants to digitally interact with exhibiting companies. The OnAIR platform provides a place for exhibitors to chat and have one to one meeting with attendees during breaks or after the conference, display products and other promotional material. Hence, the meeting provides the optimal opportunity to promote your company, products, and services to potential customers.

Virtual Gold Sponsorship
NOK 90.000 excl. vat. (Limited to: 3 sponsors)
Ticket: Company is entitled to 4 exhibitor badges for the company`s personnel including:
- Access to virtual exhibition area
- Access to virtual conference program
- Access to the meeting hub for all attendees
- Requests for client meetings sent to attendees
- Logo in the Conference Proceedings

NOK 20.000 excl. vat.
Ticket: Company is entitled to 1 exhibitor badge for the company’s personnel including:

Terms and Conditions
When registering a sponsorship package or exhibition, 10% of the fee constitutes a startup fee. The fee covers the organizers expenses in conjunction with the marketing of sponsors and exhibitors on the conference website.
If the sponsor / exhibitor chooses to cancel, or the organizer cancels, due to unforeseen circumstances, this fee will not be refunded.
If the sponsor / exhibitor chooses to cancel later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the conference, the contract is considered binding, and no fees will be refunded.
