The conference is a joint commission meeting of the IIR, organized by SINTEF, The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), The Norwegian Society of Refrigeration, and The Norwegian Society of HVAC Engineers, on behalf of the IIR (Commissions B1, B2, D1, D2, E1 and E2)

The INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF REFRIGERATION (IIR) is an intergovernmental organization started from 1908. With 55 members countries from all five continents, which together make up ¾ of the world’s population, IIR devotes its activity to refrigeration engineering, its applications, and related problems.
