Served more than 20 years in the Royal Norwegian Air Force and in the Royal Norwegian Ministry of Defense (MOD), as well as National military representative in the Single Sky Committee (European Commission), and member of the Norwegian national council for aviation security, as well as several NATO committees. From 2002 until 2006 he served as a EUROCONTROL official as Principal Expert. In SINTEF since 2008, mainly as a business developer and Marketing Director for EU research, SINTEF Digital.
Education
He graduated from military education at higher level from the Royal Norwegian Air Force Academy, second degree, in 2001 and from the Royal Norwegian Air Force Staff School the same year. Of civil education he obtained a Candidatus Magisteri (Cand Mag) including Psychology, Statistics and History at Bergen and Trondheim Universities, Norway.
