All rooms are set up with a local windows PC, and everyone giving a talk should bring their presentation on a USB-sticks and transfer them to the local PC in good time before their session. A folder with the name and time of the sessions will be created on the desktop and the presentation should be saved in the correct folder.

If you need to use your own laptop, you need to bring a suitable adapter as this will not be available at the premises.

All members of the organizing committee will carry yellow name tags. If you experience any technical difficulties with the rooms and setup please contact one of them. There will always be a member of the organizing committee in Auditorium 2 (A2) during talks and in Grupperom 2 (GR2) that is located on second floor in close proximity to all other rooms. In GR2 it will also be possible to register if you arrive after the registration desk in the lobby is closed on Monday.

Changes to the scientific program

All changes to the printed scientific program will be posted here, and also made available in the lobby at Georg Sverdrups Hus during the conference.

• GR7 MON 10:45-12:00: Shortest Path Problems - Talk nr two (speaker: Juan Fco. Ortega) is cancelled. The session now consists of two talks, and will end 11:35. This update has been made to the detailed scientific program available for download, but not in the printed program.
• UR2 MON 10:45-12:00: Railway Applications - Talk nr two (speaker: Pawel Hanczar) is cancelled. The session now consists of two talks, and will end 11:35.

Social program

The social program consists of the following:

• Tutorial Sunday 22 June (Scientific)
• Get together Sunday 22 June
• Boat trip on "Sankthansaften" Monday 23 June (limited capacity)
• Walking trip through Vigelandsparken to Oslo City Hall Tuesday 24 June
• Reception at Oslo City Hall Tuesday 24 June
• Conference dinner Wednesday 25 June at Hitchhiker (Norwegian only), Mathallen (food market)

Please note that the boat trip on Monday 23 June has limited capacity. We already have a waiting list of people who wants to join this trip. If you have signed up for the boat trip and have changed your mind, please inform the organizers so your spot on the boat can be given to someone else.
