How does TotalEnergies work with CCS?

TotalEnergies has the ambition to be net zero by 2050 or beforehand, with partners and society.

Currently the company is developing transport and storage (T&S) projects in order to propose solutions for their own emissions and for clients.

Today the company has concentrated their efforts on the North Sea with Northern Lights, Aramis, Bifrost and NEP.

In addition, TotalEnergies devotes a significant share of their R&D budget to CCUS activities in many areas of capture, transport, storage and chemical conversion.

Why did TotalEnergies decide to sponsor TCCS?

In addition to their CCUS activities, TotalEnergies has a significant presence in Norway. Sponsoring a conference in an area of interest and with ‘local’ contacts who can follow up has been part of the decision process.

What is TotalEnergies looking forward to at TCCS?
