Varnish s.r.l. is one of the main Italian third part painting service. We have 30 years of experience in industrial painting, specialized in the automotive sector. We are a ISO TS 16949 certified company: we’ve been one of the first Italian painting service to get it.  Every day we paint about 20.000 pieces ready for assembling lines and we supply them to the most important European car manufacturers.

In the last years we develop automatic painting applications and integration of robot in automatic spray system and we become a strategic partner of ABB robots.
We are also a painting plant supplier: our associated company, Varnish Tech, designs and builds both traditional painting plants and modular painting plants, with a very quick R.O.I.

In the MUST project we’ll do application tests of liquid paints doped with functional nanocontainers. We’ll evaluate their applicability on painted pieces in terms of corrosion protection and will plan future application of this new technology at industrial level.
