Basic guidelines

Cores and selections of data material are principally accessible to the oil companies who have interest in the respective areas. Companies who have sponsored the drilling programme have special rights.

Sale of samples or data to consultants or commercial research institutions outside cooperative projects with SINTEF Petroleum Research is not intended.

Restrictions

The access to some already heavily sampled cores or intervals may be restricted in order to preserve some material for possible important future research (on new subjects and/or using new and better methods...).

Some data sets are available in digital form. Details on request.
