The EEA Financial Mechanism (EEA Grants) – administered by the Romanian National Focal Point (NFP) represented by the Romanian Ministry of Public Finance (MoPF),  in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding for the implementation of the EEA grants 2004-2009
