A visit to the Bioliq Process site at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.

The excursion was a part of the joint workshop "Nanoporous Materials and Sustainable Production of Biofuels and Bio-Based Chemicals" taking place in Stuttgart, January 20-21, 2016. This was a workshop by ENMIX (the European Nanoporous Materials Institute of Excellence) and 3 EU projects funded under the call on nano-catalytic processes for energy applications, namely FASTCARD, CASCATBEL and BIOGO. The organizers of the workshop were Elias Klemm (CEO of ENMIX) and Duncan Akporiaye (Coordinator of FASTCARD).
