Charter and code
SINTEF has committed to the Charter and Code, or "The European Charter for Researchers" - HRS4R, which is a strong incentive to create the best possible conditions for scientists and an aid to create an attractive European research environment.
SINTEF has undertaken in relation to "the European Charter for Researchers" and "Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers."
From the EU side, this is intended as an aid to creating an attractive European research environment, where researchers have conditions that are good enough (and predictable) that the best researchers choose Europe.
