Through a collaborative effort, NordiCoats aims to achieve significant advancements in sustainable materials, contributing to the broader goals of environmental protection, health safety, and the bioeconomy.
NordiCoats brings together a consortium of research organizations (SINTEF, RISE PFI and NMBU) and commercial partners (Arbaflame AS, AlgiPharma AS, Bioenvision AS and Jotun AS), each contributing unique expertise and resources. SINTEF is the project owner and besides the coordination activities plays a pivotal role in the NordiCoats project by leveraging its extensive expertise in industrial biotechnology and materials science.
