Below, there is a pointer to the TRISTAN VII registration web pages of our partner VIA Travel Group and Meeting. You may also book hotel and flight tickets. There is electronic payment with Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Diners, and American Express. TRISTAN VII starts with the Welcome Reception on Sunday June 20 at 1900 hrs, and finishes with the Farewell Drink Friday June 25 at 1800 hrs. The scientific program starts with the Opening session Monday June 21 at 0830 hrs, and finishes Friday June 25 at 1700 hrs. Minor changes of these times may be necessary. See 'Program' for details. Accommodation We have pre-booked rooms at the conference hotel Rica Ishavshotel and three other hotels in the vicinity, at special rates. The rate for single occupancy including full Scandianvian breakfast varies between NOK 765 and NOK 1175 including taxes. Midnight Session A Midnight Session with three short talks will be organized at the mountain cafe "Fjellstua" on Monday June 21 (NB! Moved from Tuesday) starting at 23.00 and finishing just before midnight. See Program for more information. Additional social events You may select to participate in a number of social events that are not included in the registration fee. Most of the events require a minimum number of participants, and there may be cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
