NOTE: As of MRST 2021a release there is no longer any need to download a separate Octave module if you want to use MRST with Octave. We strongly recommend that you use version MRST 2021a if you plan to run MRST in Octave as this version contains updates which greatly improve Octave compatibility.
If you are using a version of MRST less than MRST 2021a in conjunction with Octave then you will need to follow the instructions below:

The module should be placed in the "modules" folder and loaded using "mrstModule add octave". In the module, there are several minor compatibility fixes for Octave. You should not download this module if you intend to run MRST through Matlab.
Datasets
MRST provides easy access to a number of datasets which can be downloaded automatically using the mrstDatasetGUI. In addition, some datasets can also be downloaded manually from this page.
