Sammendrag
This report presents a method for data pre-analysis before estimating parameters in a space-time model for precipitation. The pre-analysis is carried out for daily data from Soth-Western Norway and Hourly data around the Rissa-Radar in Trøndelag. This analysis permits to detect anomalous rain gauges, and temporal non-stationarities (season / weather types) in order to obtain homogenous time and space blocks.
