Geilo Winter Schools in eScience

The 21st edition of the Geilo Winter School in eScience will be held in January 2021 as an online event. You can stay updated on the winter school through this webpage, or on our facebook pages. Please also take a look at the webpages for the previous schools for more information.

The purpose of the winter school is to establish an annual meeting place where young researchers can get updated on new ideas, methods and theories within the eScience field. Each school attracts from 30 to 120 participants who spend one week in January learning from lectures, collaborating and exchanging ideas and experience. The winter school will consist of a series of online lectures, with time set aside for collaborative work and hands-on experiments.
