This document is a brief User Guide for the Wind Time Series Tool that is used internally within SINTEF Energy Research for reading Wind data on H5/nc format (on a European/ Norden (Denamark, Norway, Sweden and up to the Barents sea) level). This is NOWITECH Deliverable D4.3.11
