Dataset 1: MR HGG

This dataset consists of 18 cases of high-grade glioma (brain tumors). Each case consists of pre-operative Gd-enhanced T1-weighted MR, pre-operative MR FLAIR , and four files with the segmented tumor. The tumors have been segmented by two observers (AL and E) and each observer has segmented each tumor twice. Acquisition parameters are detailed in the file MR_parameters.pdf. Dataset 2: US and MR Low-grade glioma with landmarks

This dataset consists of 23 cases of low-grade glioma (brain tumors). Each case consists of pre-operative Gd-enhanced T1-weighted MR, pre-operative MR FLAIR and three ultrasound volumes acquired before, during and after tumor resection respectively. The dataset also includes homologous landmarks identified by two observers in MR FLAIR and all ultrasound volumes. If you use this dataset in your reseach, please cite the following paper:
