Networking
User involvement gives new insight to the development of practices among multiple partners.
A user-centred focus help us understand the processes by which knowledge is reshaped, transformed and eventually put to use in peoples everyday lives. By designing work events for multiple partner-involvement we highlight the construction of meaning and the processes of learning with respect to given areas of concern, like for instance banking. How do people make sense of professional services/products in their own ways, and how can peoples “homemade” practices give ideas for new products?
With our project partner Sparebank 1 we facilitated events in which clients, partners and SpareBank 1 members in collaboration created rapid prototypes of future banking.
