Learning Hyper-Stories
We capture and convey experiences and insights from complex social collaborations in order to provide valuable support for future similar conducts.

SINTEF has for several years worked with storytelling in several organisations. Learning Histories is a formalised approach for collecting and presenting learning efforts in organisations. It is a method for sharing knowledge with a focus on giving voice to a multiplicity of perspectives on important events, told by the participants themselves and the researchers in a “jointly-told tale”. The aim is to stimulate communicative interaction to support organisational change processes and learning throughout an organisation.
