Arne Lindseth Bygdås Research Manager Arne holds a PhD from NTNU, Department of Industrial Economics and Technology Management on organizational knowledge theories. He believes knowledge will be an essential part of human conduct also in the future and uses theories and concepts for how knowledge emerges and is enacted to understand more of organisational functioning. His research interests are innovation, management, learning and processes of change and getting to know new organisations is what makes the life as researcher worthwhile - so watch out; maybe he will come and make distinctions in an environment near you ;)

Aina Landsverk Hagen Researcher and PhD candidate Aina is a dedicated social anthropologist, with a thrill for both the quick deadlines and the tedious ethnographic work. Her work experience as a sub editor in several Norwegian newspapers (VG, Ny Tid, Klassekampen) and as a key person in Norway’s only feminist magazine Fett, have given her inside knowledge on the media industry, start ups and collaborative work. Doing a master thesis at the University of Oslo on Iranian feminists and freedom of expression added to her knowledge on subjects like Middle East politics, feminism, censorship and journalism. Her PhD project is an ethnographic study on Euro-American architects, ideas and technology. Aina loves debates on scientific methods and collaborative practices. Give her a microphone and she’ll speak out!

Karl Joachim Breunig Senior researcher Karl Joachim Breunig is a Senior Researcher Scientist at SINTEF Technology and Society, where he has been engaged in issues such as internationally distributed knowledge work, organizational learning and intellectual capital measurements over the past 11 years. He holds a MSc degree from London School of Economics and in 1998 he was one of the founders and the first chairman of the Knowledge Management Forum in Norway. Joachim is currently completing his PhD dissertation in Strategic Management at BI the Norwegian Business School. His particular research interest is service innovation, knowledge management, performance measurements, and internationalization strategy.

Åsne Lund Godbolt Researcher and PhD candidate Åsne is an energetic social scientist who moves easily between front stage and back stage performance. Her work experience as a teacher, in addition to her academic background in music and drama, gives her a creative and dynamic perspective on organisational practices. In her interdisciplinary master thesis in technology, knowledge and society from NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology), she studied project management while working on a SINTEF research project with Norwegian companies like Statoil, Telenor and Statens Vegvesen. Her PhD project is about energi markets, energy use and energy policy. Åsne is dedicated to user centricity, network theory, knowledge management and qualitative research. She is all about constructive communication!

Arne Carlsen Senior Scientist Arne Carlsen is a Senior Scientist with an MSc in Industrial Economy and a PhD in organizational creativity and human growth. He has done applied research on knowledge creation, creativity, growth and development in over 50 organizations, and publishes regularly from his research in top international outlets. Arne has managed the Idea Work project: www.ideawork.no. He is for the time being closely involved in working with creativity in oil exploration for Statoil. Arne currently writes about imagination in hydrocarbon exploration, the practices of extraordinary idea work, what makes projects inspiring, generativity in qualitative research, and the phenomenon of wonder. He is an active participant within the Positive Organizational Scholarship tradition. Much of his work reflects a broad interest in practice theory, narrative psychology, literary theory and classical pragmatism.

Tord F. Mortensen Senior researcher and PhD candidate Tord is interested in creativity: where it is and how it flourishes in the daily work of experts. He is trained as a psychologist and started his career as a consultant in leadership and organizational development. For the last seven years or so, he has combined his process skills with practical research on creativity in organizations.

Gudrun Rudningen Researcher Gudrun is a visual anthropologist with a MA from Goldsmiths College, London. Her interests in visual methods has made her travel the American continent from north to south in search of people dreams, visit old grannies around Norway and carry her tripod around to every new organization. Her research interests are creativity and engagement in organizations, punk and power in idea work, seeing and sensing.
