Institutional building of Republic Agency in Belgrade, establishing business incubator in Nis and implementing start-up training.
The Serbian Government has set ambitious goals in relation to the establishment of new enterprises, hence to the creation of jobs. In order to attain the aim of future integration into EU, it is important to document focus, progress and results in this area. A vital task is to strengthen skills and competence and build capacity within the Republic Agency for SME Development.
A pilot incubator is to be established in Nis. A step-by-step Guide to setting up business incubators is to be designed. The business incubator is primarily targeted at business start-ups with a growth potential in the selected region.
The training programme will be organised as a service provided to various groups of entrepreneurs throughout Serbia. A manual will be designed. Training of trainers will be provided.
