Creative Processes for Enterprise Innovation

SINTEF is part of a European project consortium researching and promoting the application of creative techniques in innovation processes

The CREATE project deals with the capacity of the enterprises to be creative. Successful organisations create competitive advantage through innovation and creativity, which is the first step of innovation process.

The overall objective for the project is to increase the awareness and the capacity of the European enterprises about methodologies and techniques that promote the creative climate inside the enterprise. From an extensive comparative analysis of existing techniques, a methodology for creative techniques has been developed. This methodology is now being applied in the industrial community and has received very positive feedback.
