SINTEF Energy Research with its cooperating partners will become an innovative centre for R&D-activities related to exploitation of eBusiness technologies within the Electricity Industry.

eBusiness = A way of improving exchange of information, knowledge, services and goods through use of network supported technology, including real-time exchange. Examples of network supported technology are Internet and WAP. As stated in this definition, eBusiness is far more than trading on Internet.
