National Prize to MARINTEK for LNG technology development

MARINTEK Research Director Per Magne Einang was awarded the 2011 National Gas Prize by Stiftelsen Gasskonferansen Bergen, for his "pioneering efforts to promote LNG as a fuel since the early 1980`s." The prize is perceived as a recognition for the key role Einang and MARINTEK has played in developing LNG for the maritime industry.
