MARINTEK will participate at ONS 2012, one of the world’s leading meeting places for the global energy industry. Theme for ONS 2012 is "Confronting energy paradoxes".
More than 50,000 participants will visit ONS 2012 in Stavanger, Norway during the days of the arrangement, from August 28-31. For almost 40 years ONS has been a broad-based international energy event, and a unique meeting place for everyone involved in the entire energy sector. Since its launch, the biennial event has been staged in Stavanger, Norway. As usual, MARINTEK is located together with SINTEF in the exhibition. You will find us in Hall B, Stand No. 290-32. A meeting room is booked and both senior researchers and senior staff will be present. MARINTEK president Oddvar I. Eide will lead our delegation at ONS.
The ONS concept consist of the following:
- The ONS EXHIBITION attracts more than 1.350 exhibitors and close to 50.000 visitors from all over the world.
- The ONS CONFERENCE has gained a reputation as one of the world’s most important international oil, gas and energy fora.
- The ONS FESTIVAL offers three nights of wonderful culinary experiences, music and entertainment in the beautiful city centre of the coastal town of Stavanger.
