MARINTEK is responsible for at project called "Lektor2", in partnership with a local school, Blussuvoll Secondary school. 40 young students aged 15-16, will throughout the winter visit MARINTEK R&D infrastrucure and be trained by MARINTEK staff in a common effort to strengthen interest among young people for physics and mathematics. This is part of a national project, initiated by the Ministry of Education.
