On request from the public authorities (Ministry of Transport and Public Works) in Holland, the Norwegian Fire Research Laboratory (SINTEF NBL as) will do fire tests at the Runehamar tunnel (close to Åndalsnes on the west coast of Norway) from November 25th till December 18th  2005.

The purpose of these tests are to show the effect of a fire fighting installation using a foam extinguishant.
