Efectis is a joint venture between CTICM in France and the Dutch TNO in the field of fire safety.  SINTEF NBL is for the time being a "corresponding member" .

The 3 companies together offer a wide range of services, and each of the three partners can canalize projects through the co-operation.
Efectis and SINTEF NBL together supply Europe with their total offer. The two together open access to markets of many countries, even before the total European harmonization is a fact.
