Abstract
PACAS’ main objective is to better understand, model and analyse changes at different layers of Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems to support change management, while capturing how architectural and design choices influence the overall system. The project aims at developing an innovative participatory change management process wherein heterogeneous stakeholders actively participate in the architectural evolution of the ATM system.
