Unni Steinsmo has held the position of CEO at SINTEF since 2004. Some time ago she notified the Board that she wished to resign her position on reaching her 62nd birthday, which will be in March 2016.
The Board has thus initiated the process of recruiting her successor. This will be carried out via an open application process. SINTEF wishes to encourage applications both from within and outside the Group. The position will thus be advertised externally. The company ISCO Group has been engaged to assist in the recruitment process.
The exact date of the change in CEO will be decided during the recruitment process.
