Bengt Holter

Bengt Holter is Research Manager for the Commmunication Systems research group at SINTEF Digital. He has a M.Sc. and Ph.D in telecommunications from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), and has worked at SINTEF since 1998.
