Our first interviewee is a middle-age eager amateur photograph, an “ordinary” PC user, not data green-fingered. He is positive to the concept of service composition and had clear requirements regarding how he would define the service and the service interface. For example, he would limit the number of service variants and service icons, he would prefer to control the service steps, and he would use his camera – not a smart phone – for taking pictures. He also proposes multiple functional extensions to the service, such as selecting picture resolution before transfer, voice annotation instead of text annotation, voice recognition for tagging pictures.
