Report of Performance
A report of performance contains a record of one or more tests which have been carried out in accordance with one or more IEC standards or Regional or National Standards and/or the client’s instructions. The results do not necessarily verify the ratings assigned by the manufacturer.

Report of Type Conformity
A report of type conformity attests, with adequate confidence, that the applicant’s product identified in it and physically available at the time of certification, confirms to the specifications and/or other documents referred to in the report.
