About SATS Organisation Member laboratories International cooperation History Tests Test Documentation Inquiries	International cooperation SATS is a member of the Short-Circuit Testing Liaison (STL) which is an an international collaboration between similar test laboratories. The chief objectives of STL are uniform interpretation of the Standards and uniform presentation of test results.
