Objectives

  • To fill the gap between research and production.

  • Introduce Nordic Industry to piezo-MEMS technology for utilization in present or future applications.

  • NORD-pie could function as a co-financed Nordic contact point (service) for generically qualified MEMS services including feasibility studies, design and production.

  • One goal is to fabricate device concept demonstrators.
