Registration fee for participants
   
  •  Full fee for conference participants will be 8.000 NOK
    (approximately 890 £ - exchange rate 22 February 2012). 25% VAT comes in addition.
  • The fee includes the Icebreaking gathering, conference, lunches and the conference dinner.
Registration fee for accompanying persons
 
  • Accompanying persons (not participant to the technical part of the conference i.g. family member) will be charged with 1.000 NOK (approximately 111 £ - exchange rate 22 February 2012). 
    25% VAT comes in addition.
  • The fee includes the Icebreaking gathering and the conference dinner.

As you are a conference participant, the standard single room rate is 160£ exclusive VAT. Please note that this offer is subject on availability.

 

Conditions:

If you are prevented from coming, a colleague can take your place. If you have to cancel your registration one month before the event, an administration fee of 10% will be charged. If the cancellation takes place one month and closer to the conference, the total registration fee will be charged. Cancellations have to be in writing.

The conference organiser reserves the right to cancel the conference in case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, terrorist attacks, etc. that would either jeopardize the safety of the conference participants or otherwise make it impossible to go through with the conference . The organiser also reserves the right to cancel the conference due to insufficient participation. In particular, the organiser shall, in case of cancellation due to such events, not be held responsible for any financial losses or expenses inflicted on the conference participants due to such a cancellation
