Modeling of bubble columns and bubble plumes are of interests to many industries. Careful choice of modeling concept, drag law, bubble size model and other aspects are required to deliver reliable results. Often models are limited to low gas rates, but recent developments within the flow technology group has increased the range of validity of the models.
