Research

New Praxis makes use of different scientific methods and dialogue-based work forms.

We formulate our research and projects in close cooperation with our customers and cooperating research institutions. The development of efficient and attractive work practices through our projects is integral in our research methods. We take part in the public debate concerning the development of working life.

New Praxis is a department within SINTEF Technology and Society. The department was established January 1 2000 and has a staff of 18 persons. The researchers of New Praxis have extensive experience as worklife researchers.
